Once you are logged in, you will have access to add or manage existing reservations.
The process for creating a reservation is similar to a regular user.
There are some additional features provided to the captain when creating a reservation. The option to accept a cash deposit will be provided.
If accepting a cash payment, only the first name is required.
The checkout page is the same if you are accepting the deposit through a credit card.
If accepting a cash deposit then you can adjust the deposit amount.
Once payment is completed:
- the receipt will be displayed
- a receipt will be emailed to the customer and captain
- the captain will receive a TXT message that the reservation was created along with the customer’s contact information
- A reminder will be emailed to the customer and an TXT message be sent to the captain the day prior to the reservation
