Once you are logged in, you will have access to add or manage existing reservations.
The process for creating a reservation is similar to a regular user.
Select the reservation type that the customer is interested in.
Select the reservation date that the customer is interested in and then select the reservation type.
Select the interested reservation type and move on to capturing the funds.
An account user is the person allowed to create a reservation with a cash deposit or no deposit. If the deposit is being made with cash, the account user only needs to enter the customer’s name otherwise all fields are required for a credit card payment.
Remember, secure credit card processing!!!
Customer will see a receipt immediately after acceptance of their payment. An email will also be sent to their email address with a copy of the receipt.
The captain will receive a txt message notifying him or her of the new reservation along with the customer’s name, phone number, reservation type, and the amount paid.
- A reminder will be emailed to the customer and an TXT message be sent to the captain the day prior to the reservation
